Hi guys,

I have some fantastic news to share with you!

Yesterday we were presented with the first part of $1.2M of funding from the Office of recreation and sport and Marion Council to upgrade our lighting, change rooms, amenities and possibly a deck at the complex. This is without doubt the biggest thing to happen at the complex since it was built and has only been possible through great networking, determination and hard work by a number of people, not least of which was our secretary Paul Davy. Thanks to Paul and everyone else who got involved with the grant application and development planning.

We also presented our seniors with their new kit for the 2014 season last night and they'll be wearing it on Saturday in a trial game against Sturt Lions. Kick off's are 1pm reserves and 3pm seniors. The canteen won't be open but we will put on a some snags and the bar will be open. Come along and check out the new kit and see how the boys play football now. They would really love to have your support.
